What Pros offer
California law: front side windows may only get a clear (non-tinted) UV film that lets in 88% or more of the light, with a certificate from the installer. The windshield may get a strip on the top 4 inches (or above the AS-1 line). Rear side and back windows can be any darkness if the car has mirrors on both sides. No tint on headlights or taillights. Pros must follow California Vehicle Code 26708.
Each Pro sets their own services, prices and durations. You’ll see the full price for your vehicle before you book.
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in the app. When you send a request we place a temporary hold for the total shown. If the Pro declines or doesn’t answer, the hold is released right away (your bank may take a few days to show it). Your card is charged only after the job is done, and you have 2 hours to report a problem before that happens.
Yes. The total you see before booking includes every fee, including our booking fee (5% of the services, at least $2.99 and at most $14.99). Tips are optional and go 100% to your Pro.
For a time later today, the Pro has 30 minutes to accept; for later days, 60 minutes. Need it right now? Open “Available now” in the app to see Pros who are free near you. They have 5 minutes to accept, and if they don’t, you aren’t charged.
Yes. Each Pro chooses a cancellation policy (Flexible, Standard or Strict) and you see it before you book. On Standard it’s free up to 24 hours before, 25% between 24 and 3 hours, and 50% under 3 hours. Your booking keeps the policy you saw when you booked.
If your Pro hasn’t started on the way, you can report it in the app 15 minutes after the start time: you’re not charged and the hold on your card is released (your bank may take a few days to show it). If your Pro is on the way but late, you can report it after 45 minutes and our team steps in.
