For customers

What is Rodenzo?

Rodenzo is an app that connects you with independent mobile car-care Pros in California. You compare Pros, book a time, and they come to you. Rodenzo is a marketplace; the services are provided by the Pros, who run their own businesses.

Where do you operate?

We’re launching across California, starting in Los Angeles. Pros are signing up city by city, so enter your ZIP code to see who serves your area. If no one does yet, join the waitlist and we’ll email you when Pros are available near you.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in the app. When you send a request we place a temporary hold for the total shown. If the Pro declines or doesn’t answer, the hold is released right away (your bank may take a few days to show it). Your card is charged only after the job is done, and you have 2 hours to report a problem before that happens.

Will I see the full price before I book?

Yes. The total you see before booking includes every fee, including our booking fee (5% of the services, at least $2.99 and at most $14.99). Tips are optional and go 100% to your Pro.

How fast does a Pro answer?

For a time later today, the Pro has 30 minutes to accept; for later days, 60 minutes. Need it right now? Open “Available now” in the app to see Pros who are free near you. They have 5 minutes to accept, and if they don’t, you aren’t charged.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Each Pro chooses a cancellation policy (Flexible, Standard or Strict) and you see it before you book. On Standard it’s free up to 24 hours before, 25% between 24 and 3 hours, and 50% under 3 hours. Your booking keeps the policy you saw when you booked.

What if the Pro doesn’t show up?

If your Pro hasn’t started on the way, you can report it in the app 15 minutes after the start time: you’re not charged and the hold on your card is released (your bank may take a few days to show it). If your Pro is on the way but late, you can report it after 45 minutes and our team steps in.

Are Pros verified?

Every Pro must verify their identity with a government ID before taking bookings, through Stripe Identity or a check by our team. Pros with the Insurance or License badge uploaded those documents and our team looked them over, but Pros are responsible for their own insurance and licenses and we don’t confirm them with the insurer or the state. Verification has limits, so please read reviews and use your judgment.

Do I need to provide water or power?

Many Pros bring their own. Each Pro’s profile says what they need, and some offer waterless washes that are ideal for apartments and garages.

What if something goes wrong?

Report a problem from the booking in the app within 2 hours of the job, before your card is charged. Pros add before-and-after photos in the app when they start and finish a job, and our support team reviews every report.

Is my information private?

Pros see your first name and your car’s type and color. They see your address only after they accept your booking. You chat inside the app, so your phone number stays private.

Can I book in Spanish?

Yes. The app works in English and Spanish, and many Pros speak Spanish.

For Pros

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Listing your business is free. There are no sign-up fees, lead fees or monthly fees.

What fees do Pros pay?

Only on completed bookings: 15% of the service price on your first booking with a new customer who found you on Rodenzo (up to $35), 5% on later bookings with that customer, and 0% on clients who book through your own link or QR code. Tips are always 100% yours. Card processing is shown in your earnings breakdown.

What is a Founding Pro?

The first 100 Pros we approve in California pay a 0% platform fee for their first 60 days, then a reduced 10% first-booking fee (up to $30) and 5% on repeat bookings for the next 12 months, plus a Founding Pro badge on their profile.

Do I set my own prices and hours?

Yes. You choose your services, prices, durations, working hours, service area and cancellation policy. You can accept or decline any request, and suggest other times for scheduled ones.

How do I get paid?

Payouts go to your bank account through Stripe, our payment partner, usually 1–2 business days after each job once Stripe has verified your account (the first payout can take longer). You’ll see gross earnings, fees, card processing and net earnings for every job in the app.

What do I need to sign up?

A smartphone, a government ID for identity verification, and a bank account for payouts. Insurance and any local licenses are your responsibility as an independent business; uploading them earns a badge on your profile.

Am I an employee of Rodenzo?

No. Pros are independent businesses. You decide when, where and whether to work, and you can use other apps or serve your own clients too.
